Midlothian Science Zone (MSZ) Business Forum is hosted several times a year to encourage engagement and collaboration between organisations 'in the zone'. We aim to bring together a wide range of businesses to identify shared support needs, collaborative opportunities and share knowledge across the region; signposting to research, expertise and business services. Guest speakers are invited to present on themes of interest and benefit to our community.

Our November Business Forum will take place on Tuesday 4th November at 1pm in the recently built Moubray Building on Edinburgh Technopole, part of Pioneer Group, and the new location for Ingenza Ltd. The engineering biology company embarked on the development of a multi-million pound facility to help drive its ambitious growth plans. The purpose-built premises provides approximately 25,000 square feet, to enable expansion of Ingenza's fermentation and research facilities, and more than doubles the footprint of their previous space at Roslin Innovation Centre.

The expansion is a landmark investment for Ingenza, enabling them to increase fermentation scale to 100L, as well as expanding research and development labs to support larger programmes.

The inGenius™ platform technology is redefining drug substance development and sustainable biotech manufacturing, and this exciting move will provide an independent, world-class facility to better serve customers worldwide, accelerating business growth.

Please come and join us at the Moubray Building for a chance for a chance to view this fantastic new site, learn more about Ingenza's work and future plans, and to network with others from across the zone.

On-site parking is available and light refreshments will be provided so please advise if you have any dietary requirements to Emma McCallum, Project Co-ordinator.
