Moredun reveals a busy Royal Highland Show itinerary

The Royal Highland Show remains one of the most important events in the calendar for Moredun Research Institute to catch up with the farming community. Moredun invites farmers, vets, industry partners, policymakers and families to its marquee at this year’s show.

The Moredun Group hosts a major dedicated exhibition marquee at the event, serving as a primary hub for livestock health, agricultural science, and community outreach.

The team has a busy programme including updates on the latest Louping Ill virus (LIV) crowd-funding campaign which has raised more than £1 million to help tackle a serious tick-borne disease affecting sheep and other species in parts of the UK.

There will be fun educational activities for all ages including:

  • Fixed parasites

  • Vaccine making

  • Pipetting challenge

  • Sheep making - add your sheep to our flock
